    Curriculum: Everyday Math

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic 5th Grade Math Teacher to join our team at Triton Central

    Middle School. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a strong foundation in mathematics

    education. Using the Everyday Math curriculum, the teacher will foster a positive and engaging learning

    environment that supports academic growth and critical thinking skills in all students.
     

    Responsibilities:

    ? Deliver high-quality math instruction aligned with the Everyday Math curriculum.

    ? Plan and implement engaging, differentiated lessons to meet the diverse needs of 5th-grade

    learners.

    ? Use formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress and guide instruction.

    ? Create a classroom environment that fosters a love of learning and encourages collaboration.

    ? Incorporate hands-on activities, real-world applications, and technology to enhance math instruction.

    ? Maintain effective communication with students, families, and colleagues to support student success.

    Compensation:

    This is a 184-day contract position. Salary is commensurate with experience and follows the Northwestern

    Consolidated School District pay scale.
