October 2025 CONGRATULATIONS!Shelby County LECS Finalists: 2026 Cohort Congratulations to the 2026 Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship Finalists for Shelby County! These four outstanding students were recently selected by Blue River Community Foundation's Scholarship Committee through a blinded application evaluation process.
