Shelby County Co-op is looking for an experienced Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our propane department. Providing quality service to our propane customers in a timely and professional manner is our top priority.
Responsibilities:
- Inbound & outbound calls. Handle up to 80 calls per day.
- process customer orders and dispatch orders
- apply customer payments via phone, internet or walk-in
- collections
- schedule service work through group calendar
- mass mailings
- attend job related workshops/training
Requirements:
- high school diploma/GED
- reliable transportation
- 2+ years customer service experience in a fast paced call center environment
- Must have data entry skills
- Ability to type 50+ WPM
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Products
- Must be willing to work overtime and Saturdays as needed
